Under the vision of a leader of South Korea’s library culture, Gyeonggi-do has expanded its public library infrastructure, which serves a basis for enhancing information competitiveness, and improved library programs and services for digital have-nots, to fulfill Korea’s best information welfare, as well as to create library cultures comparable to those of advanced countries.
